Troubleshooting - HeRO score window is weird or blank Issue: HeRO Score window is weird or even blank. Resolution: Touch the HeRO smart key to reset the window.
Poor Waveform
Troubleshooting - A Poor or No Waveform Issue: HeRO Score is not displayed for the current patient due to small or erratic waveform. Resolution: HeRO ES uses the same waveform shown on the monitor. Change lead displayed on physiological monitor.
HeRO Error Messages
HeRO Error Messages Error Message Description Comm Error Explanation: The system is unable to communicate with the data acquisition device (AD2). Response: First, check the cable between the AD2 and the bottom of the Solo monitor is firmly plugged in at both ends. If that doesn't address the issue, please Contact IT Support Staff or MPSC Technical Support for resolution.
