Regional Sales Manager

Position Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for all sales activity in their territory. The ideal candidate will have three or more years of experience selling medical equipment, be self-motivated, driven to achieve targets, engaging, and willing to learn.

Essential Functions include but are not limited to:

  • Be knowledgeable about the product
  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
  • Emphasize the benefits of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
  • Answer questions about the products
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
  • Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors

Required Skills

  • Candidate must have a high-level of initiative, very strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to effectively work multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines in parallel
  • Ability to make compelling group presentations to doctors and nurses
  • Strong communication ability
  • Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
  • Knowledgeable in the health informatics market
  • Your skills include strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the confidence to knowledgeably engage key partners to present a value proposition
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.

Requirements and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or health related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and willing to travel 50%.
  • This position is field based and will report to our Charlottesville, VA headquarters.

Marketing Associate

Position Summary:

The Marketing Associate will lead the digital and print marketing efforts to position our products, increase brand awareness, and execute our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will take pride in quality of their work, and be self-motivated and driven to learn.

Essential Functions include but are not limited to:

  • Developing a marketing strategy to help our products gain traction in targeted markets
  • Drive your own projects from idea to completion
  • Deploy social media campaigns
  • Supporting the development of marketing photos and videos
  • Working with both internal and external sources to gather research and information
  • Communicating information internally and externally
  • Assist in the production of product management/marketing content and material
  • Support the product management team to develop existing and new products

Required Skills

  • Candidate must have a high-level of initiative, very strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to effectively work multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines in parallel
  • Ability to create insightful and on-brand social media posts on most major platforms
  • Strong visual communication ability
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.
  • Video and photo editing experience is preferred

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising or another related field
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
