So you’ve suddenly found yourself to be a NICU Parent.

First, relax and take a slow breath, you’re in the right place. You’ve got great doctors, nurses, and other highly trained professionals to give the best care to your infant. Now that you’ve taken a breath, you’re going to learn a whole lot and there are lots of resources to help. It’s okay to take your time. Being a NICU parent is not a sprint. We’ve compiled a list of our favorite resources below.
